BOOKING FEE POLICY 

​

In order to confirm your booking, a deposit is required within 10 days of the invoice issue date. The remaining invoice balance must be settled within 24 hours of the arrival date or upon arrival. 

​

 

If for any reason you need to cancel within 14 days of the booking date, you will be refunded a portion of the fee, while the remaining portion will be retained. This policy allows me to commit fully to your event and provide you with the best possible service.
